🎶 Welcome to Kingdom Voice & Music!
Kingdom Voice & Music is an organization dedicated to making music accessible and affordable for all. What began in 2010 as a solo artist initiative by founder Kirosha Sidelca has grown into a vibrant platform for music education, cultural celebration, and artist empowerment.
We believe in the power of music to heal, inspire, educate, and bring people together—especially in communities that are often overlooked or under-resourced.
🌍 Our Mission
Our mission is to break down barriers to music by providing affordable, inclusive programs and opportunities that uplift communities and support the creative work of musicians and artists.
🎤 How We Do It
-
We offer free or low-cost choirs, events, and workshops that are open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.
-
We train and equip worship teams and music leaders, especially in churches that lack the resources to do so on their own.
-
We fairly compensate artists and musicians, ensuring they are valued for their contributions while reducing financial strain on those who hire them.
-
We produce events that educate and inspire, using music as a tool to tell stories, celebrate culture, and promote unity.
-
🤝 Join Us in Making Music Matter
We are actively seeking sponsors and donors who believe in using music as a force for good. Your support helps us:
-
Develop Educational Resources: Empower worship leaders, teams, and community musicians through hands-on training and digital tools.
-
Host Community Events: Create unforgettable gatherings like the Black History Month Celebration that center healing, history, and joy through music and art.
-
Support Local Artists: Provide performance stipends and create platforms like our community choirs (Rhythm & Rest and King’s Kids) to showcase their gifts.
-
Expand Our Reach: Grow our team and programming to serve more communities—locally and globally—with affordable access to music.
-
🎭 Featured Event: Black History Month Celebration – Courage to Remember
Join us Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Mechanics Hall in Worcester, MA, for a powerful evening of performance, storytelling, and cultural pride.
This Year’s Theme: Courage to Remember
invites us to honor the rich legacy of African and African American history by embracing the power of remembrance. Through music, theater, and art, we will tell the stories of African royalty, ancestral strength, and the lived experiences of Black elders and living legends.
We will also shed light on the impact of Alzheimer’s and Dementia in African American communities, emphasizing the urgency of preserving and passing down our stories before they are lost.
Expected Attendance: 500+
Impact: Community connection, intergenerational storytelling, and empowerment through creative expression.
